Hours of Operation

The Consular Section at the U.S. Consulate in Jerusalem is open from 8:30 - 11:30 am, Monday through Friday.

Public hours for the Non-Immigrant Visa Unit are by appointment only, from 12:30 - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Public hours for the Immigrant Visa Unit are also by appointment only, from 8:30 - 11:30 am, Monday through Friday.

The public may call the office in Jerusalem 02-628-7137 or 02-622-7219 with questions.  A consular employee will answer that phone number from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon, Monday through Friday.  After those hours, the caller may leave a message which will be answered the next business day.
